ON SECOND THOUGHT: A GROUP EXHIBITION OF MULTIMEDIA

The artists featured in On Second Thought have worked to minimize the separation that exists between creator and creation while producing work that challenges the role of artists and identity in art.  By exploring the complexities memory — universal and personal, collective and individual, and objective and subjective — On Second Thought uncovered how artists can manipulate memory in order to alter the perception of their own work. Artists include John Baldessari, Mike Kelley & Paul McCarthy, Jeff Koons, Sherrie Levine, Adam Pendleton, Sturtevant, and Meyer Vaisman.
